This achievement, highlighted in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insead.edu\/global-talent-competitiveness-index\">Global Talent Competitiveness Index (GTCI) 2025<\/a>, underscores the Kingdom&#8217;s commitment to empowering women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The country&#8217;s work to elevate women into leadership positions is helping close the gender gap, with more and <strong>more women moving into influential roles in government and business<\/strong>.
