Every residence offers panoramic sea views and a peaceful coastal atmosphere. It will become a home for more than 150,000 residents once fully complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project\u2019s design integrates sustainable technology and eco-conscious materials, including double-glazed fa\u00e7ades, district cooling, energy-efficient HVAC systems, and EV charging stations.
