This initiative also supports the country&#8217;s goal of accelerating its digital transition in commerce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion will introduce the golden visa alongside the \u201cAl Majida Companies\u201d initiative, which supports high-performing Omani firms. There are two options to choose from, depending on how much they ready to invest:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tier 1<\/strong> Visa: Conditions, Duration &amp; Fees<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Put at least RO500,000 into a limited liability company, public joint-stock company, or government bonds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Purchase a property worth RO500,000 or more in Oman<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Start a business that employs at least 50 Omani nationals, with no minimum capital requirement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Tier 1 residency is<strong> valid for 10 years<\/strong>, and can be extended it after that.
