As the summer break ends and school gets back in session, UAE drivers have something to look forward to. A Day Without Accidents<\/strong>, a special initiative by the Ministry of Interior (MOI). Set for August 25<\/strong>, 2025, the goal of the day is to promote road safety, especially with the heavy traffic surge as children return to school.<\/p>\n

On August 25, UAE residents are encouraged to be extra cautious on the roads to ensure the safety of school-going children.<\/p>\n

To make things even more engaging, the Ministry has introduced an incentive program for drivers who remain violation-free. Drivers who follow all traffic laws on this special day can reduce 4 black points<\/strong> from their driving license.<\/p>\n

In order to qualify, drivers need to submit a pledge on the official MOI website<\/strong> and ensure no violations are recorded against them on August 25. If they stay clean, the black points will be automatically deducted by September 15, 2025.<\/p>\n
