Dubai\u2019s man-made coastline keeps growing. Alongside Palm Jumeirah, The World Islands, and the soon-to-launch Palm Jebel Ali<\/a>, the city is adding a new name to the list: Na\u00efa Island<\/strong>. The project is developed by Shamal Holding and will be built just off Jumeirah Beach, between Umm Suqeim and Jumeirah 3.<\/p>\n

Na\u00efa Island will include low-rise buildings only<\/strong>, so views of the city\u2019s skyline will stay visible from across the island. Early visuals show a focus on green landscapes, open space, and unobstructed sea views<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

One of the key components of the development is the arrival of the region\u2019s first Cheval Blanc resort<\/strong><\/a>. Known for its private villas and high-end hospitality, the brand will bring residences, suites, and villas, each with direct beach access.<\/p>\n

According to the developer, the plan for Na\u00efa Island is to create a private, low-density environment focused on residential living. Construction has already started, but no completion date has been shared.<\/p>\n

There are also no confirmed details about restaurants, beach clubs or shared public areas at this stage, though updates are expected as the work progresses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
