Date Palm Festival<\/strong> \u2014 also known as Date Palm Tree Festival \u2014 is back at the Farmer\u2019s Market in Hoorat A\u2019ali<\/strong> this week. Open daily until this Saturday, August 2<\/strong>, from 8 AM to 5 PM. Entry is free, and there\u2019s plenty lined up for families, food lovers, and anyone curious about local culture.<\/p>\n

1. Sample a variety of Bahraini dates<\/h4>\n

From medjool to ajwa, tamars, and even stuffed dates, the festival is a celebration of one of Bahrain\u2019s most important agricultural products. Vendors at the market will offer a wide selection of dates<\/strong>, and there are plenty of opportunities to taste and compare varieties.<\/p>\n
