A new initiative from the Abu Dhabi Police \u2014 launched at Adnoc petrol stations \u2014 is <strong>reminding drivers to take advantage of a discount system<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The campaign, titled \u201cAct Now and Benefit,\u201d encourage drivers to pay off their fines as soon as possible and save up to one third of the fine amount:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Payments within 60 days of receiving a fine will give a driver 35% off<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Payments made within one year will give a 25% discount<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These discounts apply to most violations, excluding the most serious offences.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-24532\" src=\"https:\/\/platinumlist.ceo\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/shutterstock_2286881681.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/platinumlist.ceo\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/shutterstock_2286881681.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/platinumlist.ceo\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/shutterstock_2286881681-300x150.jpg 300w, https:\/\/platinumlist.ceo\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/shutterstock_2286881681-768x384.jpg 768w, https:\/\/platinumlist.ceo\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/shutterstock_2286881681-150x75.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Drivers no longer have to visit service centres or deal with long queues. You can now <strong>choose between online platforms, debit payments, and instalment plans<\/strong>. This flexibility makes it more convenient for residents to manage penalties and stay on top of their driving record.<\/p>\n<p>There have been <strong>other changes<\/strong> affecting drivers recently.
