The project, named Amansamar Residences<\/strong>, will be built near the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Diriyah, a location deeply connected to the Kingdom’s history and cultural heritage.<\/p>\n

The name Amansamar blends two meanings: \u201caman,\u201d which is Sanskrit for peace, and \u201csamar,\u201d the Arabic word for sharing stories and knowledge among friends. Together, they reflect the project\u2019s vision of creating a peaceful community rooted in connection<\/strong>. The name also translates to \u201cthe peaceful acacia tree,\u201d a symbol of strength and resilience in the desert.<\/p>\n

Amansamar Residences will include 80 ultra-luxury homes<\/strong>, featuring a mix of villas and private estates<\/strong>. Each home will have five to six bedrooms, placed on plots starting from 9,000 square metres.
