Emaar, the developer behind the project, has confirmed that the fountain<strong> will reopen on Wednesday, October 1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Located next to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Fountain has long been a centrepiece of the Downtown experience. But since its <a href=\"https:\/\/platinumlist.ceo\/guide\/iconic-dubai-fountain-to-close-until-october-2025-major-5-month-renovation-announced\/\">closure on April 19<\/a>, the surrounding area looks noticeably different. The renovations include a full replacement of the old flooring. The original surface was prone to cracking, and the new concrete base will offer better insulation and long-term durability.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to structural improvements, <strong>new digital screens have been added around the viewing area<\/strong> to enhance the overall visitor experience while the fountain is offline.<\/p>\n<p>Progress is well underway, and the <strong>confirmed reopening on October 1<\/strong> means both residents and tourists can look forward to upgraded shows and a refreshed look later this year.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dubai Fountain, one of the city\u2019s most iconic attractions, is temporarily closed for major upgrades.
