Dubai\u2019s hospitality scene is expanding in a new direction \u2014 one that\u2019s calmer, slower, and more intentional. Hygge Hotel, a boutique adults-only property, is set to open in early 2027 on The World Islands<\/strong>, adding a fresh take on wellness-focused stays just off the coast.<\/p>\n

Hygge Hotel is inspired by the Danish concept of hygge<\/strong> \u2014 comfort, warmth, and simplicity. Designed by HWKN Architecture, the property is part of The Heart of Europe development and aims to create a space where guests can unplug and unwind. Rather than bold designs or high-energy nightlife, Hygge leans into soft lighting, cosy materials, and a slower pace.<\/p>\n
