Dubai South Properties has officially announced <strong>Hayat by Dubai South, a wellness-inspired residential project<\/strong> spanning 10 million square feet near the existing terminal of <a href=\"https:\/\/platinumlist.ceo\/guide\/al-maktoum-international-airport-everything-to-know-about-the-worlds-future-largest-hub\/\">Al Maktoum International Airport<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Positioned close to what is set to become the world\u2019s highest-capacity airport, Hayat by Dubai South is designed with future growth in mind. These features aim to create a calm and practical environment, supported by minimalist architectural designs that focus on simplicity and comfort.<\/p>\n<p>For everyday needs and social activity, Hayat by Dubai South will include a <strong>retail boulevard featuring shops, caf\u00e9s, and other daily essentials<\/strong>.
