Inspired by the popular destination of the same name in Kuwait, this massive development will become a <strong>key spot for shopping, hospitality, business and culture in the Kingdom<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Avenues \u2013 Riyadh will take shape in the north of Riyadh, at the intersection of King Salman Road and King Fahad Road. Designed to reflect Saudi heritage, this area will offer a traditional-style market experience with Najdi architecture, intimate caf\u00e9s, and winding alleys inspired by local landscapes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Avenues \u2013 Riyadh is scheduled to open in late 2026<\/strong>.
