The revamped public beach is set <strong>to reopen in July 2025<\/strong>, bringing enhanced facilities just in time for peak summer season.<\/p>\n<p>Bader Anwahi, CEO of the Public Facilities Agency at Dubai Municipality, shared details on various improvement projects, confirming that<strong> construction work at Jumeirah Beach is nearly complete<\/strong>. The <strong>project aims to modernise 5.7 km of shoreline<\/strong> \u2014 with 1.4 km focused on Jumeirah 1. Other elements include Dubai\u2019s first floating pedestrian bridge at Al Mamzar and a 24-hour night beach in Deira.<\/p>\n<p>The development aligns with the <strong>Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan<\/strong>, which aims to <strong>increase the total length of public beaches in the emirate by 400 percent<\/strong>, transforming coastal areas into more accessible, modern, and vibrant public spaces.<\/p>\n<p>So whether you\u2019re into sunrise strolls or late-night beach sessions, Jumeirah Beach\u2019s new chapter is almost here \u2014 and it\u2019s shaping up to be one of Dubai\u2019s best seaside spots.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dubai\u2019s iconic Jumeirah Beach is getting a fresh new look \u2014 and it\u2019s almost ready for visitors again.
