A <strong>new public art installation titled <\/strong><\/span><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">\u2018Deliberate Pauses\u2019<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"en-US\"><strong> has been unveiled in the Hajar Mountains<\/strong>, now recognised as <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">Dubai\u2019s largest site-specific art installation<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The work is by Emirati artist Shaikha Al Mazrou and was commissioned by the Alserkal Arts Foundation, in collaboration with Dubai Culture and the Supreme Committee to Oversee the Development of Hatta.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-31831\" src=\"https:\/\/platinumlist.ceo\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/photo_2025-04-22_12-10-58-1024x512.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"512\" srcset=\"https:\/\/platinumlist.ceo\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/photo_2025-04-22_12-10-58-1024x512.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/platinumlist.ceo\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/photo_2025-04-22_12-10-58-300x150.jpg 300w, https:\/\/platinumlist.ceo\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/photo_2025-04-22_12-10-58-768x384.jpg 768w, https:\/\/platinumlist.ceo\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/photo_2025-04-22_12-10-58-150x75.jpg 150w, https:\/\/platinumlist.ceo\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/photo_2025-04-22_12-10-58.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Set <strong>along the scenic hiking routes near Leem Lake<\/strong>, the installation brings a contemporary visual layer to Hatta\u2019s already rich natural landscape. It reflects not only the rugged terrain of the area but also its cultural and environmental significance.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>installation consists of five large red metallic discs<\/strong>, reflective in finish and placed directly within the mountainous terrain.
