Dubai is preparing to add yet another striking structure to its skyline \u2014 this time in the form of one of the world\u2019s thinnest residential towers<\/strong>. Set to rise along the Dubai Water Canal, the project, called Muraba Veil<\/strong><\/a>, will be a 74-floor tower with a width of just 22.5 metres<\/strong> (73 feet) \u2014 essentially, one apartment wide.<\/p>\n

The building will include around 131 residential units<\/strong>, offering a mix of 2, 3, 4, and 5-bedroom apartments<\/strong>. Developed by Muraba<\/a> in partnership with Spanish architecture<\/span> company RCR Arquitectes<\/a>, the project is designed to blend contemporary architecture with elements rooted in Arabian traditions.<\/p>\n
