The <strong>new pricing structure<\/strong>, confirmed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.parkin.ae\/\">Parkin PJSC<\/a>, will include peak-hour rates, impacting drivers in both residential and commercial areas.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\">Peak and Off-Peak Hours in Dubai<\/h3>\n<p>The new tariff system introduces higher fees during peak hours:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Morning Peak:<\/strong> 8 AM \u2013 10 AM<\/li>\n<li><strong>Evening Peak:<\/strong> 4 PM \u2013 8 PM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>During off-peak hours (10 AM \u2013 4 PM &amp; 8 PM \u2013 10 PM), parking rates will remain unchanged. These are locations near metro stations, high-traffic commercial zones, and areas where parking demand is consistently high. These <strong>parking zones will be reclassified<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The familiar A, B, C, and D zones will now be labeled as AP, BP, CP, and DP. In <strong>areas designated with a P,<\/strong> <strong>prices will rise significantly during peak hours<\/strong>. For example, for Al Barsha&#8217;s premium parking (Zone CP), the new rates will be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1 hour:<\/strong> AED 6 (3 times more than before)<\/li>\n<li><strong>2 hours:<\/strong> AED 12 (over twice the previous rate)<\/li>\n<li><strong>3 hours:<\/strong> AED 18 (more than double)<\/li>\n<li><strong>4 hours:<\/strong> AED 24 (over twice the previous rate)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-16524\" src=\"https:\/\/platinumlist.ceo\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/shutterstock_1173831871.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/platinumlist.ceo\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/shutterstock_1173831871.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/platinumlist.ceo\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/shutterstock_1173831871-300x150.jpg 300w, https:\/\/platinumlist.ceo\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/shutterstock_1173831871-768x384.jpg 768w, https:\/\/platinumlist.ceo\/guide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/shutterstock_1173831871-150x75.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>During off-peak hours, prices will remain at the current levels.\u00a0Check the <strong>updated prices for parking in the city by the Zones (A to D)<\/strong> for standard\/premium areas and peak\/off-peak hours <a href=\"https:\/\/platinumlist.ceo\/guide\/dubai-parking-fees-update-this-is-how-much-parking-in-all-zones-will-cost-from-april-2025\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Also, at <strong>Dubai World Trade Centre, <a href=\"https:\/\/platinumlist.ceo\/guide\/dubai-parking-fees-to-increase-during-major-events-new-rates-and-changes\/\">parking fees will be AED 25 per hour during major events<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>New parking signs are already being installed across the city<\/strong>, and updated zone codes are reflected in the Parkin app. The new variable pricing officially starts right after the Eid Al Fitr holidays.
