Dubai is taking a big step toward expanding its affordable housing options, with over 17,000 new homes planned across the city<\/strong>. The government recently announced<\/a> that 1.46 million square meters of land have been set aside for this initiative, aiming to provide budget-friendly living spaces without compromising on quality.<\/p>\n

These 17,080 new residential units are part of the Dubai 2040 Urban Masterplan<\/a><\/strong>, a long-term vision to create sustainable and accessible housing.<\/p>\n

The first phase will cover six locations, including Al Mueisim 1, Al Twar 1, and Al Qusais Industrial 5<\/strong> \u2014 areas close to Dubai International Airport. Meanwhile, another site, Al Leyan 1, will be developed near Al Maktoum International Airport, ensuring housing options on both sides of the city.<\/p>\n
