Burj Al Arab is introducing something special<\/strong> this Ramadan \u2013 its first-ever Ramadan tent<\/strong>. The famous Dubai hotel, known for its dhow-like shape, will be hosting a memorable iftar and suhoor experience at Al Diwan tent.<\/p>\n

Throughout the holy month, guests can enjoy a rotating selection of three different iftar menus, along with a special suhoor menu<\/strong>. The dishes have been created by Chef Solayman Hasan, head chef of Al Iwan, Burj Al Arab\u2019s Arabic restaurant. His team has crafted a menu that blends traditional Arabic flavors with a modern twist.<\/p>\n

The atmosphere will be rich with the scent of bakhoor, setting the scene for a truly immersive experience. Live performances by kanoon and oud musicians<\/strong> will add to the authentic Emirati feel.<\/p>\n

Ramadan is expected to begin on Saturday, March 1<\/a><\/strong>, based on calculations by the Astronomy Centre in Abu Dhabi. During this time, Muslims fast from dawn until sunset, breaking their fast with iftar and later enjoying suhoor before sunrise.<\/p>\n

At iftar, guests can indulge in live cooking stations featuring freshly prepared chicken shawarmas, mixed seafood barbecues<\/strong>, and more. The menu will include regional specialties<\/strong> such as veal harees, chicken biryani, vegetable tagine, chicken laban emmo, and batata harra. Iftar will be served from sunset until 8:30 PM and is priced at AED 360 per person<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

For suhoor, the dining experience will be family-style, offering dishes like slow-cooked lamb ouzi with oriental rice and nuts, as well as grilled king prawns<\/strong>. A selection of beverages, including authentic Arabic coffee, will also be available. Suhoor will be available from 10 PM until 1 AM on weekdays and until 2 AM on weekends, priced at AED 260 per person.<\/strong> Prices exclude taxes.<\/p>\n
