If your usual gym routine is starting to feel a bit repetitive, there’s a new way to train in the city, and it feels more like a night out with friends than a standard workout. Lucky Punch, the social wellness club, has launched an outdoor boxing and fitness pop-up at 25hours Hotel Dubai One Central.
For now, the venue has plans to stay in the city for six months. If demand keeps up, though, it could become a permanent fixture at the hotel.
So what does it feel like at Lucky Punch? You show up, strap on noise-cancelling headphones and step into a red-lit training zone. Each session is built around boxing drills, cardio bursts and strength work, but it never feels like you’re counting reps in silence. The coaching and music stream directly into your ears, which means zero distractions and maximum focus.
Right now, training under the open sky is a true blessing. And when summer arrives, Lucky Punch plans to enclose the space into a capsule-style indoor setup, so the sessions won’t stop when temperatures rise.
There are two to three classes daily, ranging from boxing-focused workouts to wellness sessions and community meet-ups. For more details on opening hours and how to join, check their official Instagram page.
And if you’re in the mood to keep that fitness streak going, you’ll probably be interested in the free fitness pop-up for runners by Adidas at Kite Beach. One’s all about gloves and punches, the other’s about pace and miles. And together, they might just upgrade your entire workout routine.
