If you love being the first to know what’s about to reshape Dubai’s skyline, there’s a new project landing in the heart of city, and it’s bringing a whole new vibe. Say hello to Janu Dubai. It’s the brand’s first project in the Middle East. Initially launched in Tokyo, Janu is now expanding to the region with a new address in DIFC.

The name “Janu” comes from the Sanskrit word for soul, and the idea behind it is simple: modern hospitality with energy, creativity, and a strong sense of connection.

The new tower will house a 150-room hotel and 57 branded residences.

For those planning to invest into a new home, the units will range from two- to five-bedroom apartments, plus a standout penthouse. The residences occupy the upper levels of the tower, offering views of Zabeel Palace Gardens, Burj Khalifa, and the DIFC skyline. Not a bad backdrop to wake up to.

The entire 34th floor is reserved for the owner community. Up there, you’ll find panoramic views, an infinity-edge pool, and a residents-only Lounge & Bar that feels like a private retreat floating above the city.

Homeowners have access to Janu’s restaurants, mixology bar, wellness centre, and social spaces, along with a residents’ lounge.

The city has more big plans on the horizon, and in a few years, its skyline will change a lot. Check out other impressive developments planned for Dubai, including Shahrukhz by Danube, the 55-storey tower named after Shah Rukh Khan, the 80-floor Trump International Hotel and Tower, and Inaura with a striking orb built into the upper section.
