Kuwait Airways to Add 11 New Destinations in Europe, Africa and GCC This Summer

If you’re dreaming about your next vacation, Kuwait Airways just made it easier to explore more of the world! This summer, the airline is adding 11 new destinations. Whether you’re looking for beautiful beaches, charming cities, or historic spots, there’s a destination for every traveler.

Here’s the full list of the new destinations Kuwait Airways is launching this summer:

Egypt: Alexandria from June 9; Sharm El Sheikh from June 10
Oman: Salalah from June 10
Switzerland: Zurich from June 12
Spain: Malaga from June 12
Greece: Mykonos from June 14
Turkey: Antalya from June 15; Trabzon from June 16; Bodrum from June 17
Bosnia and Herzegovina: Sarajevo from June 16
Austria: Vienna from June 16

Plus, right now Kuwait Airways is offering a 15% discount on all economy-class flights. You can book until February 15 for travel between January 25 and April 30, 2026. Make sure to check out the deals on their website or mobile app.

Kuwait has announced a four-day public holiday to mark National Day and Liberation Day at the end of this month. According to the Cabinet, Wednesday, February 25, and Thursday, February 26, will be official holidays. If you live in Kuwait on a residency permit, here’s an important update worth your attention. Authorities have introduced several changes to how family residency permits are classified, approved, and renewed, affecting expatriates and families connected to Kuwaiti citizens. The Ministry of Interior has updated several articles of the residency law to clarify who qualifies under each category and what fees apply. Article 22 applies to children and spouses of expatriates.
